What are the legal consequences of blatantly defying the Supreme Court?

Biden has thumbed his nose at the court by forgiving student loans even after the court ruled he doesn’t have the authority, He has publicly bragged about defying the court.
The Supreme Court was once an institution that was above petty and partisan criticism. I fear that this once revered institution has now become a punching bag for political hacks and people will now just do what they want with no regard to the court.
While I agree with today’s court decision on presidential immunity, it does somewhat open a box to claim that any decision made is now within the presidents authority. That said, making a decision that is obviously against case law should not fall under presidential immunity but should be considered personal or partisan.
 
It's a win-win vote buying scheme for Biden,...when the Supreme Court strikes it down again, Biden can say that he tried to help the downtrodden college students, but the measure failed because the evil maga installed justices blocked his benevolence,... Dems may not be so bold to ignore the Supreme Court right now, but give it some time
