What changes would you make to current 12 team playoff

I think we are in for a great playoff. 12 teams is good. Not many changes to be made. Here are mine.

Seed teams based of CFB committee rankings, no auto byes (I think this one is obvious to all)

Notre Dame has to join a conference or schedule a 13th game.

Round 1 games played at neutral sites

Round 2 games played at home of team with bye.

No Friday game
Saturday 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, 8:00
