I will share a story about Gunner that happened during his Jr or Senior year in HS at Rabun County. Our HS was playing Rabun and we were pretty solid rivals. We had a DB that did a lot of talking about “ Getting” Gunner during our game. Rabun was beating us soundly and Gunner dropped back to throw in the red zone. Gunner had a clear TD ahead with a 10-15 yard run nobody in front of him! Instead of taking the easy straight ahead run for a TD, Gunner sees our DB to the left veers straight towards him and trucks his ass into next year scoring at the same time! Rather than take the easy score, Gunner punished our DB n scored right over him! That’s who we have playing QB guys! He’s a winner n he will leave it all on the field! Cawgs or die!!!
