I'm a restaurant manager, I got called a "hoe" by a punk 18 year old having a bad day, he came to work asking what time he was going home and said,"I ain't doing shit tonight yo!". Well, u have 2 choices, go home and don't come back or wash the damn dishes! The kid decided to wash dishes and be a dick about it, sad thing is he has a pregnant girlfriend and he thinks things are gonna get easier than they are now. Where do these kids come from!?!

Need to dump that punk yesterday. He'll ruin the morale of your whole staff if you let him. Special kind of stupid that he won't outgrow until it slaps him in the face. There is only one answer to his question: "Leave right now and don't come back."
