Money, facilities, history? A few years ago I would say talent and players but NIL and the portal will hit them hard post Saban. Add that there will be unreal pressure on the next coach to come in and continue winning at the highest level and I just don’t see a top tier coach drooling to come.
What would be the motivating factor to leave OR, TX, WA, OM, even UGA to coach Bama?
