After Super Bowl, neighbor buddy and I got into a discussion regarding who loves UGA more.
My argument is players like Nick Chubb, Sony Michel, and Jordan Davis love UGA more because they came back for their senior seasons and risked millions of dollars in potential NFL money if they got injured for the love of UGA.
His argument is players like Stetson Bennett love UGA more than anyone because there is no ambition to use UGA as a vessel to the next level. He argues Stetson just loves UGA, and came back for a love of the school.
My counter to that was not doubting Stetson loves UGA, he does, and is a DGD forever. But he’s like Matthew Mcconaughey in Dazed and Confused. 26 year old guy hanging out with 19 and 20 year olds because where else does he have to go? His life is set as soon as he leaves UGA anyways because he will be this generations Buck Belue.
