Who was the last bigtime (high draft pick) NFL ready QB that won a NC? I know Stroud and Young came close.

I'm drawing a blank. Is it more important to be a team leader type of a guy in college, that is more of a game manager type to win a NC? Seems like the guys still playing are cut more from that type of mold.
