For Georgia's top No. 5, this was definitely my toughest final choice in this countdown of the 48 jersey-numbers I've been responsible for so far. So many great No. 5s for the Bulldogs with Kevin Butler and Garrison Hearst leading the way.
Hearst was an all-timer, a Heisman finalist, etc. Butler was a four-time All-SEC honoree (3x first team) and the first placekicker elected in the College Football Hall of Fame. I went back and forth between the two before deciding on Butler since he seemed to "wear it (No. 5) best" for Georgia for longer.
