Why do Georgia Basketball coaches fail?

I’m 57 and have seen nine coaches, 3 had success, one final four, one sweet sixteen! The funny thing is other then Harrick everyone on this forum has the same amount of NCAA tournaments wins as, Felton, Fox, Crean and white! That’s extremely sad! Is it the athletic department or just bad hires!
