I dont think this is a very widespread issue. The twitter post is a year old and the video is two years old.

I appreciate the efforts though recently to keep womens sports just for women to be clear.

I totally agree with this approach. Just like you have to complete a physical and show a letter from your doctor saying you are healthy enough to play sports, you should also have to show your certified chromosome card. XX plays girls sports, and XY plays boys sports. No exceptions.
