They don't even understand the difference between racism and instinctive prejudice. Yeah, Herbie a cop may treat a person wearing a hoodie at 2:00am on a summer night differently than he'd treat a man in a suit on Sunday afternoon. It has nothing to do with race and everything to do with his life experience.

I wish someone would ask Herbie if he would cringe if he walked into a room full of bald headed white guys with swastikas tattooed on their forehead. Or if he would walk between a grizzly and her cub and try to pet the little fellow. Most everyone admits the black community has issues in some areas and reviewing policing is never a bad idea but cops aren't the root of the issue at all.
