They are desperate to say that there is a transgender in the Olympics. But, this is someone who is born a woman and running against women so there is nothing to see here.

They said no biological males in women's competition. Also excluded females who had been on male hormones. Apparently, Hiltz is a biological female who has not been on male hormones.
