Not sure about the amount, but not one cent would come from anyone but the guy who made the video.

I doubt she will get a cent from him . Sounds like his life is ruin and driving a meat truck . Where he lives cost of living high.

The problem is the hotel is culpable because didn't an employee give the guy the room next to her so he could do that?

From what I read, there wasn't any collusion with hotel staff to put him next to her. He called the front desk from a house phone, asked to be connected to her room, and saw the room number on the phone's display. I guess my questions are: Is it hotel policy to give someone a room that he requests? If so, would the clerk have had any idea who was in the rooms next door? Did she discuss security with the hotel beforehand?

Hotel had some culpability, I thought, i read were the hotel wasn't supposed to put anyone in those rooms, ESPN was supposed to have the whole floor or something. With that being said, she got promoted after all that happened, so, where are her losses? I say, 1mil for pain and suffering, and I seize the tapes.

I have no idea if that ESPN made such a request. Maybe ESPN has an agreement with the hotel to leave nearby rooms vacant. I seriously doubt they had the whole floor unless they booked every room. At some point, doesn't ESPN start to incur some culpability if it thought she needed extra security and didn't provide for it?

She's lucky the stalker just took a video. What would your number be if that psycho had a gun instead of a video camera?
