I LOVE what Gates is doing at Mizzou, but man there is ZERO chance I’m being stubborn and taking a technical like that to start a game. Basically giving up a point. All he had to do was sub his guy in on the first dead ball to avoid the tech. He just merely had to not start the player who wasn’t listed as a starter. If the game would have been close and Mizzou barely would have lost, I would have been livid if I were a Mizzou fan. I can’t believe Gates allowed that tech to happen. Just wild to me.
