I just got taken for a ride for $1,000 by a real professional ticket fraud.
We were friends on facebook, I had their cell, we'd been talking for over 48 hours, felt very real. I took the leap of faith in sending them a portion of my total ticket fee in return for ticket transfer, after which I'd send the rest.
Needless to say they never sent anything. They took my $1k up front payment and ghosted. Number dead. Accounts deleted.
The sharks are out there folks, and today they got a dope like me.
