The word “recruiting”, a ten letter word used to describe a entity, any entity, a three syllable word used to describe a tangible thing like a school or business, which are used in our society to train or employ, in the active, moving forward approach of luring, or making favorable to a prospective market, not a market like a store, but market like the end user, which isn’t to imply that the end user isn’t valued, the end user, or “the targeted market” of the business or school is highly valued as a method to gain value monetarily, which helps fuel the business or school process of educating, not fueling fossil fuel vehicles that continue to pollute the air, drive global warming and discourage young athletes, in this term, the word fuel, a four letter, one syllable word, is used to describe how the process is funded, but in a way that applies to all students, regardless of their prior thoughts on school preference or opportunities which NIL, a three letter acronym for name, image and likeness, which all students and athletes have and are afforded the use of in their progression as a student athlete, with a concerned emphasis on the term “progression”, which applies to all athletes equally, and understanding the need and desire for the inclusion of fairness and equality within the athletic departments of each school, which is, in itself, a microcosm of our society, reflective of the diversity of culture and societal norms.

Hope this clears up any misconceptions on any recruiting issue reference in any prior post. 😆
