Anyone in Rabun Co?

Hello all,

I've got a cabin in Rabun Co. in Clayton. The county in a massively unpopular money grab and ordinance implementation, has made it extremely difficult to operate now as a short-term rental property.

I would be much indebted to anyone who lives in Rabun or knows someone who does live in Rabun that would act as my property agent as I do not reside in Rabun Co and one of the new ordinances is being a resident of Rabun Co (completely idiotic). I've operated this property for 2 years and never had an issue or needed to be called out for any reason during a tenant stay.

I am willing to pay a yearly, nominal fee. I managed the property myself and would not ever need to contact this person. Essentially I just need a name on a piece of paper to satisfy the new county ordinances.

Yes it did. Incredibly dumb. But luckily I found someone to be my agent. I've also heard the county is trying to make more changes that are wildly unpopular.
