Azimuth check on playoff scenarios

1) Win SECC we get bye and automatically play in Semis in the Sugar Bowl

2) Lose the SEC we likely play a road playoff quarterfinal game? I’m guessing no chance we would host if we lost SECC?

Do we need to root for anything to happen this weekend to boost our chances of a more favorable playoff? I’m guessing we want rankings to hold because have all these pretenders ranked high
