Car just totalled a hour ago. Advice.....

So young girl just hit me sitting still to turn. She was going 60 when she hit me.
My car was 2012 lexus with 230k miles on it. I know there is no way her insurance is going to repair my car. They are going to total it.
So I expect a bullshit offer of 2k or 3k to pay me. But of course I have to go buy a new car. Any advice how to navigate all this to get the most from them. Her insurance is Geico.
