Chats know anything about rum? Which ones good, straight or over ice, mix

And if so with what? They got tons of the stuff here and I'm bout beer full, so thought I might give it a try. Don't like sweet drinks, so rum & Coke is out.

I prefer lighter rum for this application.

Dark and Stormy is a good option. Goslings Dark Rum with Blenheim Hot

and squeeze of lime. Very addicting.
