If ex girlfriend retracted her statement, says the police report is slanted and inaccurate and has contacted them multiple times including six days after arrest to drop the charges how can they proceed forward without a victim (she’s says no crime against her). If what she says is true and no crime committed then why aren’t they dropping charges? There are so many criminals they need to be prosecuting why aren’t they clearing this case? If dropped will Uga reinstate him?
