I have found Rubio to be pretty trustworthy on these things. The public nature of this was a bad thing. I don’t know how that can be argued, but it doesn’t change who and what we are dealing with. He is only an ally because we can help him. The whole country knows that Putin is a snake. Some people still feel sorry for Zelenskyy. Think of him as a martyr of sorts. He definitely isn’t that.

You must have missed this report on CNN about Ukraine "simply minding their own business". The problem is their "business" was the genocide of the Eastern Ukraine Russians that wanted independence from the neo-Nazis in Kiev .

Great plan as long as the US is willing to throw hundreds of billions of dollars at this war with no strings attached. The problem is we are broke and the American people aren’t voting for that bs.
