And what they claim is the truth. Supreme Court will likely duck out by claiming some kind of jurisdictional deficit.

You are probably right.

But as I understand it though, the claimant doesn’t have to prove that any fraud took place, only that the defendant states did not follow their own election laws in carrying out the election. That really is undeniable.

No, it is not undeniable. If any state had not followed their own election laws, Rudy and team would be getting traction in court. Other than the one case in PA, which even if they win would not alter the outcome, they are getting laughed out of court.

No, it is not undeniable.

I’ve explained how Georgia law was not followed in other threads. It’s all a matter of public record. You can look it up.

And it PA, some counties reached out to voters to cure ballots prior to Election Day counter to PA law.

Here is an article that explains that.

For those who don’t trust that source, here is a link to the PA law. Pre-canvassing cannot begin until 7:00 am on Election Day.

Not surprising.

The Texas case has already been docketed by SCOTUS fwiw. Understand that Louisiana and Florida have joined the case as plaintiffs but it isn’t showing up on SCOTUS website yet.
