Election Fraud and Litigation Mega Thread

I'll be honest, I'm not a big election fraud guy, because I think its almost impossible to prove.

Do I think it happens? Yes. But politics prevent proof, in my opinion. Despite the party, I mean.

Evidence will usually be rejected, ignored, deemed insufficient, etc.

So there is no reason to get torn up about election fraud claims. Nothing is going to come out of it, even if its legit.
But that is exactly the problem. Something needs to happen. The metro atlanta blue counties starting open this weekend to take in mail in ballots violates Georgia election law. Yet they allow it to go on while in court. Fulton County took in 120,000 mail in ballots in Saturday alone. Really? Seems suspicious and if those counties were open then ALL counties in the state needed to be open also per Georgia law. Did they keep those ballots separate so they could be scrutinized closer? I’m sure no it’s Fulton county. Why did the Dems fight to prevent poll watchers from watching drop boxes and republicans had to challenge in court? I’m sure we all know the reason why. They will cheat in every way possible and even more we haven’t thought of. Trump campaign slogan too big to rig sadly is very true. It’s like playing Bama and the refs. There must be major reforms of our federal elections or no one will feel the results are legit. Hillary still thinks she won. Election for federal office needs to have uniform voting rules across the nation. We can’t keep having each state make up stuff as we go for federal office. If they want to do for their own state elections fine. But for President House and senate the same laws need to be made and enforced the same everywhere!

I think disrupting a polling location counts as election interference.

The man should have taken hat off but the way these women attacked him escalated the situation which is what they wanted. You know they knew it was being filmed or they wouldn’t have acted the fool like they did.

Russia appears to be fully engaged in our election again.

I would like to see the actual evidence that the video is fake not just Brad saying it is. Not sure he’s trustworthy. Of course he will say fake because it makes him look incompetent if this is going on under his nose. Not saying video is real but until I see the proof it’s not it should be investigated.

Of course they will cheat. But there is nothing you can do about it. The fox guards the hen house.

Those who have the authority to put a stop to the nonsense, are part of tbe nonsense

Nobody in Fulton County is going to admit having more votes than voters. And it would be WW3 to get someone from the outside to monitor their procedures.

If Trump loses GA, I guarantee you it will be because of absentee ballots, from metro counties

"Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) said on X that “Under state law, election officials can receive absentee ballots in person at [government] facilities if the county chooses. Several counties have chosen to do this.”

He added that the state is “working with the counties and the political parties to ensure this is done transparently and within Georgia law.”

Government offices being open this past weekend to accept the return of absentee ballots is absolutely not a violation of GA state law.

Fulton County certainly did not take in 120,000 ballots Saturday. They took in only 105 ballots.

How is this related to election fraud? Also he very well might be right. But he has to factor in the usual 5% Democrat election shenanigans factor. So he must think he's up big
Trump's claims of a landslide victory in GA and elsewhere were key components to his accusations of election fraud. In his call with Raffensperger when he asked for Brad to find him enough votes to win, Trump claimed he won GA by 500k votes.

He seems to be well into the same baseless claims of a large victory.

He want have to call him next week other than to thank him because Trump is winning Ga by 125K plus. Other states, who knows, think the race is certainly in the balance but fairly confident Trump wins Ga by 2.5% or so. Absentee ballot verification was a game changer and the Dems know it, wish it was implemented on other swing states as well..........

Not trying to relitigate this, and there is a lot more re: Georgia's issues. But, this is an incredibly misleading summary. Trump wasn't asking him to find enough votes to win.

First, The Washington Post was busted for publishing fabricated quotes (<- link) from an anonymous source, attributing them to Trump and using those quotes to speculate he committed a crime.

Trump’s lawsuit (<- link) argued that it appeared votes had come from:

  • 2,560 felons,
  • 66,247 underage registrants,
  • 2,423 people who were not on the state’s voter rolls,
  • 4,926 voters who had registered in another state after they registered in Georgia, making them ineligible,
  • 395 people who cast votes in another state for the same election,
  • 15,700 voters who had filed national change of address forms without re-registering,
  • 40,279 people who had moved counties without re-registering,
  • 1,043 people who claimed the physical impossibility of a P.O. Box as their address,
  • 98 people who registered after the deadline, and, among others,
  • 10,315 people who were deceased on election day (8,718 of whom had been registered as dead before their votes were accepted).
Outside observers agreed that this lawsuit was serious (<- link):

"The 64-page complaint is a linear, cogently presented description of numerous election-law violations, apparently based on hard data. If true, the allegations would potentially disqualify nearly 150,000 illegal votes in a state that Biden won by only 12,000."

The account of Trump’s call to an investigator was based on false quotes. Trump was saying his team had already “found” nearly 150,000 irregular or fraudulent votes and simply needed the secretary of state’s office to agree. He was saying they didn’t need to agree that all 150,000 were bad, just that fewer than 10 percent of them were problematic.

The secretary of state and his team kept asserting that Trump’s figures were wrong. Trump’s legal team kept asking Raffensperger to provide the state data and information that would enable them to see for themselves. For some reason they were never willing to share their data or reports.

Trump issued a statement after the leak to the Washington Post saying Raffensperger’s office “has made many statements over the past two months that are simply not correct, and everyone involved with the efforts on behalf of the President’s election challenge has said the same thing: show us your records on which you rely to make these statements that our numbers are wrong.”

Raffensperger’s office finally said, after that infamous phone call, that they’d share state data and information “on the condition” that the Trump team drop their lawsuit.

They agreed to that. Instead of turning over the data that would settle the issue, a press release was issued that said, “on the eve of getting the day in court they supposedly were begging for, President Trump and Chairman David Shafer’s legal team folded Thursday and voluntarily dismissed their election contests against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger rather than submit their evidence to a court and to cross-examination.”

Interesting position. How was that lawsuit from Trump resolved? Is it still active or was it dismissed?

And I listened to the entire one-hour call between Trump and his campaign and the SOS's office the day it was released. I know exactly what he said.

There are a multitude of rather detailed indictments that document Trump campaign activities in GA (and AZ, MI, NV and WI).

Trump claimed that the election was stolen due to fraud and that he won handily. He and his team lied about the proof that Trump promised he had, and to this day there still isn't a single proven instance of widespread Dem fraud from 2020.

Trump is clearly setting up the same playbook if he loses. He will claim he won in a landslide again (see my post above) and that the dirty Dems stole the election, again. This will likely lead to political violence, again.

Interesting that Trump has changed his MAGA hat color from red and white to black and gold. I wonder what that's all about? That's an odd change this late in a campaign.

Willie lives in a fantasy land where we don't see Democrats charged with election fraud all the time. Also you know just because a Democrat activist in a robe says there is no proof of election fraud does not mean it didn't happen right?

Where Democrats don't falsely claim the election was rigged against them. Hello Hillary Clinton and Stacey Abrams.....

It was dropped, per the request from Raffensperger's office (who then decided to not comply with the agreement & release a statement). If you have something more than that, please share.

Regardless, the facts of that lawsuit are what they are & were time-limited.

He and his team lied about the proof that Trump promised he had

Well, when the gov't refuses to release the data...OF COURSE it's going to be labeled a "lie" /insert eye roll

Funny how that works.

You have got to be F&*$# kidding me with this. Who is advocating for conspiracy theories, now?

Dude.

I just saw a UFO demonstrating similar light patterns. Clearly, Trump has the Martians engaging in election interference.

Are you seriously doing EXACTLY what the most insane edges of MAGA does? Are you QANON? You are what you decry, at this point.

Please tell me you see the potential insanity of what you are advocating. Seriously.

It seems clear that accusations of election fraud, along with various voting related shenanigans, are going to play a prominent role in 2024 just as they did in 2020. With that in mind, I am creating a thread to document and track the various activities and accusations related to election fraud. That way we can have it all in one place and it will be far easier to provide updates as they occur.

This includes any violence or other related activities at our near polling locations.

I'll start us off, although there is plenty from the last few days to add. All contributions welcome.

There was proof in 2020, ask the Republicans that were charged and convicted!!!

Absolutely it will. Maybe a group of voters in Georgia or USA can file a class action lawsuit for damages if Kamala wins because she wins Georgia due to fraud.

So Trump changed his colors at the last minute to the same colors as the “Stand back and stand by” crowd and it means absolutely nothing? Just a random change because after years of branding he decided black and gold are really the right colors over red and white.

It almost as if you missed “stand back and stand by” and the fact that multiple members of the group that message was delivered to, directly by Trump during a nationally televised debate, are now serving decades in prison for seditious conspiracy. That not a conspiracy theory. That’s what happened.

MAGA lives in a different reality.
It's nutty what otherwise rational people will believe when they are looking for an excuse.

Kind of funny in some ways but historically it's a very dangerous thing to be able to manipulate otherwise decent people into mass hysteria. Wars have been fought and people have died over this kind of nonsense.

We have enough unstable idiots running around with guns in this country that one or two of them are going to go fully unhinged and try to save the country one magazine at at time.
