Election Fraud and Litigation Mega Thread

that was textbook election interference. A scam.
I agree there.

It appears a very coordinated effort by the administration, MSM, and was used in the debate as a straight up lie.

Funny how the goalpost moved from.

This can not be verified and has all the ear marks of Russian disinformation

Well show me a check stub that has a deposit into Joe Bidens account.

Always like to poke my Dem buddies about this one.

If I was an election worker in this toxic political climate,...I would not make a "citizens arrest" on a voter about a maga hat or a camo Harris/walz hat even if it was state law, just like I wouldn't make a citizens arrest on a jaywalker,...laws should not be enforced by citizens even if they are glorified poll workers,
This guy is an a$$hole. And an idiot. And doesn’t even know that you can’t wear political stuff to vote. Got what he deserved.

He let a chick half his size beat his azz. Lol

It seems clear that accusations of election fraud, along with various voting related shenanigans, are going to play a prominent role in 2024 just as they did in 2020. With that in mind, I am creating a thread to document and track the various activities and accusations related to election fraud. That way we can have it all in one place and it will be far easier to provide updates as they occur.

This includes any violence or other related activities at our near polling locations.

I'll start us off, although there is plenty from the last few days to add. All contributions welcome.

OK, I have a good one for you. How about all of those fraudulent voter registrations in Lancaster county PA. I think we have all heard about this one. They finally announced the company who filed them. In case you wondered why it's taken so long, it's likely so they could scrub their website and social media which has been done....almost.

Here is the LinkedIn for the President of the company. Check it out before it disappears too.

I agree, he's a douche. But, from what I see she assaulted him first so she may be facing charges as well.

What he called her was fighting words, he’s lucky a man wasn’t there to clean his ass up for her. That was one reason he was acting like that btw, no men around……. Those women probably would have beat him down something good tbh

LOL...I hope she doesn't think that defense will hold up in court.

Libertarian Party of Colorado vs. State of Colorado and Jena Griswold, Secretary of State

Demanding that the state decommission voting systems with compromised passwords statewide, just as they did in Mesa County.

"On August 12, 2021, the Secretary issued Election Order 2021-02, which ordered the decommissioning of 41 voting system components in Mesa County affected by the exposure of the BIOS passwords, forcing the purchase of new equipment at the county’s expense."

Fulton county and other totally Democrat counties are blatantly stealing the election for the Dems yet again

So says Daddy Trump😂

I'm certain that Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin NC, and Arizona will all have unexpected delays in counting. Just long enough for the left to know how far they are behind. They will miraculously get enough absentee votes, to give Harris the come from behind victory.

Two of thise states Penn and Wisc have idiotic rules that prevent the processing of mail on ballots until until 7 a.m. Election Day.

We know for a fact that MAGA GA election officials tried implement a mandatory handout of ALL ballots which we can safely assume with this record turnout would have taken days if not a full week to accomplish. Thankfully the courts struck down this idiotic rules and we can possibly have an answer about GA late late into the evening or early Wednesday

There are both facts and fallacies in your response. First, there are several state laws that prohibit early counting of mail in ballots. This is to prevent early disclosure of results. With the dramatic shift to absentee voting, we now have more than half the total results in hand before election day. One bad actor can ruin the entire election.

But let's not conflate "processing" with "tabulating" ballots. You can do all the verification work - the slow part - ahead of time. All that remains starting on election day is opening and tabulating. Don't envision a grammaw at a card table with a letter opener. Most of that is done by machine, one that slits the envelope, extracts the ballot and stacks it. Then they are run through bulk tabulators. The human involvement is a guy to load and watch the slitter/extractor, then another guy to load and watch the tabulator. Same process banks have used for well over 50 years. This goes a lot faster than in person voting. It is normally done centrally, so voting center workers are not involved.

What really slows this down is that some states allow mail in ballots to come in days after election day. If all you have to do is postmark by election day, or if your state supreme court said that un-postmarked ballots can be accepted after election day, its going to be a while before you have everything. If your ballot has to be received by election day, the whole process goes a lot faster.

The ruling from the Georgia Election Board is nothing more than common sense. Again, let's not conflate counting the number of ballots with tabulating them. The law, not the board rule, requires that the number of ballots be verified at the voting center before submitting the ballots and reports. All they were asked to do was check the number of ballots received against the reports from the tabulators.

This is akin to a cashier counting their drawer before submitting their receipts and reports at the end of a shift. That takes minutes at the local level, not hours or days. It is what you would think has been happening all along. Basic security measure.

The Pubs should keep suing the hell out of them!

Paper ballots and counting. No more machines guys.
LOL, for a guy who does “computer stuff”, you should know putting humans in the middle of a process that runs at the scale of a national election is a virtual guarantee to introduce inconsistency and errors into the process. Hanging chads never again.

There are audit trails, checksums on the firmware, os, code and data and actual paper ballots as backup that can be validated if push comes to shove. The voting machines aren’t on a network. You can’t hack them from the outside.

I’ve done “computer stuff” a long time including IL6 FedRamp. You’re venturing into tinfoil hat territory. I’m a lifelong Republican and this whole election fraud discussion is embarrassingly stupid. It’s just Don doing his stop the steal act again.

Of note, in KY (I live here), you select your choices, confirm, and then it prints your selections and you then put it into a machine to tabulate and record your vote. Most counties use a paper ballot, though, that gets scanned in.

I'll go ABC one better. The video they are talking about is a trick, a willful deception. I described how it was done in an earlier post in this thread.

What they don't talk about is the fact that touchscreen machines are prone to user issues, especially in a public use environment. Give me a tiny bit of paper, the size of the end of a needle, and I'll make your touchscreen give bad selections all day. You may never find the actual problem without taking it apart. Ever get a little static pop on a cold, dry day? Touchscreens just love that.

The lesson to be learned is to ALWAYS check the printout to be sure it matches your intent. Most people don't do that, and any mistakes wind up being their legal vote. Also, there is no way for a voter to verify that the QR Code data (your actual legal vote) matches the printed selections. It can't be read without a validation key.

What you should be concerned about is the gazillion points of human contact with election systems software across 2-3 distinct systems. Now consider TimberRidge's correct statement that "putting humans in the middle of a process that runs at the scale of a national election is a virtual guarantee to introduce inconsistency and errors into the process." People who do "computer stuff" should be familiar with the acronym GIGO.
