It seems clear that accusations of election fraud, along with various voting related shenanigans, are going to play a prominent role in 2024 just as they did in 2020. With that in mind, I am creating a thread to document and track the various activities and accusations related to election fraud. That way we can have it all in one place and it will be far easier to provide updates as they occur.

This includes any violence or other related activities at our near polling locations.

I'll start us off, although there is plenty from the last few days to add. All contributions welcome.

I'll be honest, I'm not a big election fraud guy, because I think its almost impossible to prove.

Do I think it happens? Yes. But politics prevent proof, in my opinion. Despite the party, I mean.

Evidence will usually be rejected, ignored, deemed insufficient, etc.

So there is no reason to get torn up about election fraud claims. Nothing is going to come out of it, even if its legit.

I couldn’t agree more. Yes it is important to have secure elections. And for people to believe in the process. More and more money rides on the outcomes of these things each time around. There is no way someone isn’t thinking of a way to beat the system. I mean damn, it is the American way everywhere else. I need a scheme to make easy money. Who needs hard work these days.

No court wants to touch it. Hell the Supreme Court is conservative for sure these days. They told Trump not to send it their way. You won’t like what happens.

Common sense tells you too many firsts happened in the last election for something not to be up. Both sides when they lose now are claiming elections are stolen. (Big stace and Killary, Trump too). This isn’t good either way. My least favorite Trump strategy. It is what it is unfortunately

Paper ballots and counting. No more machines guys.

I don't believe there is crazy ass / wild election fraud, but it does exist at some level. My issue is that if you even suggest it is possible, you are labeled an election-denier, etc, etc. It is ridiculous that given all the technology and info we have, we can't simply execute a fool-proof system where we know everyone that is voting is an eligible voter, who they voted for gets counted, and it gets counted one time.

We should put elections in the hands of independent CPA firms, subject to all the scrutiny and transparency that comes with that. Too many competing interests in our government, both state and fed, and even in the judicial branch with politically appointed judges.

Do you know anything about computers because I do computer stuff for a living and its so easy to change database information. It literally takes seconds or less depending on how many rows of information.

Since you do not do paper counts and your paper vote disappears into the machine never to be seen again what gives you or anyone else any confidence that what you voted for is what the final tally represents on the electronic count?

So many stupid people on here that don't understand basic computer stuff. My God people wake the eff up! Paper counts are the only way to get election integrity back. WIthout that stopping all this other fraud is just noise.

I think disrupting a polling location counts as election interference.

The projection of that Dumbass redneck as representative of trump voters is a big stretch. Idiots on both sides. Girl yesterday in line told my first time voting son that he shouldn’t vote for trump because trump would draft him into a war.

No court is going to touch it is EXACTLY what I was talking about.

Its easier to allow the fraud, than to address it. Nobody wants their name all over the news, or to have paid protesters outside their private residences. The consequences for correction are too great.

It seems the courts do actually address election fraud, at least some of the time.

"computer stuff"
I put in very complicated software for the largest companies in America. So yes, I do a lot of "computer stuff"

Anyways, getting a programmer to write code to flip votes would not be difficult. You could access this directly onto the database via the internet or logging in or you could write code to change the file on a memory stick. Either way it would not be difficult to do especially if you have access through either having the password, being an administrator, the company that supplies the machines or the company that services and/or transports the memory sticks/key fobs, etc.

You sound like a novice in these things which might explain some of your naive posts.

Well.... you've sounded like a maniac the past few days. Maybe turn off the AM radio.

That video is a trick, but the reported incidents in Kentucky are real. All center around Ballot Marking Devices like the ones used in Georgia.

In the video, the demonstrator is trying to press the check box. Instructions and signs posted around the BMD's tell you to press the candidate's name, not the little box. Then you see the person switch hands and try it with his left hand. Zooming in really close, so that most of his hand is offscreen, we see Harris selected while he continues to try to hit the little box next to Trump. Harris appears because with his offscreen pinky, he selects the Democratic Party box just to the left of the candidates. Checking a party line box selects all of your preferred party candidates.

Videos like this confuse the issue. There are, however, legitimate issues with Kentucky BMD's reported by voters. Article linked, below.

At Least 6 Kentucky Counties Report Issues with Ballot Marking Machines

Bottom line is that touch screens are notoriously unreliable in a public use environment. If you have to use a BMD to vote, you must ALWAYS verify your printed selections before having the printout scanned in a tabulator.

Weird how voting machine glitches are always in the favor of Democrats. So weird how that happens

If I was an election worker in this toxic political climate,...I would not make a "citizens arrest" on a voter about a maga hat or a camo Harris/walz hat even if it was state law, just like I wouldn't make a citizens arrest on a jaywalker,...laws should not be enforced by citizens even if they are glorified poll workers,

Of Note:
  • Of course this is ignored by those self-proclaimed 'Defenders of Democracy!'
  • Of course nobody is calling him fascist or a "threat to democracy".

And then we need bodyguards for everybody and civil war conditions, all because the nine justices, not all of them, but these justices who have not many cases to look at every year, not that much work to do, a huge staff, great protection, simply do not want to do their job and interpret what the great 14th Amendment means.”

The complete lack of consistency here is not surprising and completely gives the game away.

It seems the courts do actually address election fraud, at least some of the time.

Now let's look at the facts in this case.

This is not "breaking." The decision was announced in March.

Kim Zapata's political affiliation has not been mentioned, and was not a factor in the charges against her.

On November 1, 2022, Zapata approached Milwaukee Elections Director Claire Woodall-Vogg at work and admitted that “she had created three fraudulent voters and used that fraudulent information to send three ballots to Republican state representative Janel Brandtjen. Zapata told Woodall-Vogg that she made up the identities of the voters and sent them to show how easy it is to commit fraud in this manner.”

Zapata was convicted in March by a Milwaukee County jury on a felony charge of misconduct in public office and three misdemeanor counts of making a false statement to obtain an absentee ballot. She told investigators that she sent the military ballots to Rep. Brandtjen to highlight a real gap in the election system. "All three voter records had the same birthday entered and all three ballots were requested by the same address within a 20 minute window.”

Nothing in the Wisconsin voter registration system flagged the issue. It came to light when reported by Representative Brandtjen.

Brandtjen testified that she believed at first that the ballots were sent to her in an effort to discredit her campaign, adding that she is not "well loved" in Milwaukee.

Zapata was fired and given probation with a $3,000 fine. The judge said she did not think that Zapata acted with malicious intent.

Despite this case, which illustrated how anyone could register a fake identity with a fake address and receive a military mail in ballot, the weakness in Wisconsin's voter registration has not been corrected.

First, that guy is an ignorant SOB looking for a fight.

Second, the irony that election security isn't a priority in this country plays with this example of voter and volunteer security not being a priority either.

We get what we deserve I guess.

"computer stuff"
Anyone who understands the MVC design pattern or has a rudimentary understanding of cybersecurity already knows computerized elections are operating in a vulnerable and likely compromised state.

As I posted several times in 2020 and 2021, election security isn't fundamentally a political issue. That's why Democrats and Republicans alike used to be concerned about it. The big question is why have they dropped it as a priority without having addressed concerns?

What measures exist to validate the function of each piece of equipment that handles each vote from voter input to certified tally?

MAGA is nothing more than a hodgepodge collection of C2CAM, Solider of Fortune backpacks and QAnon. True conservatives no longer have any relevancy in this new GOP.
