In this case, my guess is the collaterals wouldnt be able to win a case. My guess is the Newark officials are exagerating but if a citizen was unlawfully detained, the should bring a case. Imo, we dont want LE to violate rights and that is regardless of if the target is Trump or a j6er or illegal immigrants.
I have watched enough On Patrol to know that being detained doesn't mean you are being arrested or in this case deported. Probably detained several and only pursued the ones that were here illegally and criminals. There are going to be tons of leftist narratives regarding all of this until even the blind can see that they are getting criminals off the streets and making America a safer place.
Well they did fly them in, from other countries, in the middle of the night. How is that not letting them in on our tax dollars and then flew them to other states. The great replacement theory is not a theory.....I’m mad it took this long.
The idea that Democrats voted AGAINST a bill to deport illegal aliens who have committed crimes is insane. But also on brand for their planned de-whiting of the country. Anything for power I guess.
Also, do not EVER let a Democrat tell you they are for the working man as they flood the country with illegal labor. They can only get paid under the table, which hurts our tax base, and they take away jobs from the most vulnerable Americans.
