Of course we are talking about illegal immigrants.

But many here feel that if they pay taxes, they should be allowed to stay and use our services.

So just what in our constitution says we are

> We are required to give a non citizen anything?
> We are obligated house and feed immigrants ?
> We are prohibited from deporting someone who has entered our country illegally?

Just curious.

Benevolence at any level should never be made by the government, as it becomes something a politician can barter in the dark. It can be bartered for favor, which it has, by all political sides.

Biblically, prayer and benevolence is done without crowing. It is done without favor. It is done from the heart, from one’s own budget.

Giving someone else’s money away is not sacrifice. It is not benevolence, by definition, but it is a benevolent act. But it is easy to give someone’s else’s money away when it doesn’t harm or hurt you.

If someone breaks into your house or car, is it OK to have them removed, or should you invite them to live with you?

Should you feel obligated to pay for their needs? Do they have a right to demand that you take care of them?

So what say you. I am all for benevolence, but sacrificially from the heart.
