There is a bond he is listed on that says differently. Go read coastal’s piece. Then you will get what I am saying. A lot of different takes on this. He posted the bond which clearly states he got here illegally. He told a story to sway the judge to keep from deporting him despite the fact he deserved to be sent home. Like I said. A lot of two sided info here. I wonder why.

Didn’t say he was. I commented on ridiculous immigration laws. I commented how we are held with a gun to our heads, to pay for immigrant benefits. I commented on how we are held to an immigration standard that doesn’t exist anywhere else in the world.

I realize a mistake was made. So the immigration records department is not capable? The very program liberals bark at with Elon, is the exact program to clean it up and fix it. To make it more efficient and accountable.

Visas can be revoked at any time. Illegals can be rounded up and immediately kicked out. In neither instance are they entitled to appear before a judge.

The 5th Amendment applies only to citizens of the United States. It does not apply to MS-13 members who CNN calls an innocent Dad.

So ICE has admitted in court to sending an innocent person to a slave labor camp with out due process.
This is it folks. It's here. Once the precedent is set that we can send people to foreign prisons without due process, the rule of law it gone. It can happen to anyone and everyone. Including you. I know most of the usual suspects here are so far gone down the rabbit hole the Trumo could shoot your wife in front of you and you wouldn't care. But for the people with some semblance of their humanity left, do you really want the government deporting people here legally without any justification or accountability? Do you understand that this means there is nothing stopping the Trump administration from sending anyone they don't like to foreign prisons to never be heard from again?

Sorry, but that's not how this works. They are not citizens, and they are not entitled to a hearing before being booted. This differs from being arrested and accused of a crime. Different law, different rule.
He was granted a form of protection- similar to Asylum - called Withholding of Removal by an immigration judge. This law has been on the books for decades. This means he legally cannot be removed to El Salvador. They admit they broke the law. Clear enough?
You’re incorrect. Every person inside the US is entitled to due process. It’s the plain text of the 5th and 14th amendments, and has been interpreted thus by every Supreme Court justice to interpret it.

I worked in a federal prison for 20 years dealing with foreign prisoners. The mistake of him being sent back home was an error because the case manager, unit manager and the assoicatef warden dropped the ball . All these are responsible for looking over his case before he is transported anywhere.
