I would never touch spaghetti squash under normal circumstances. Ever. But drown it in cheese and tomato sauce and I can't get enough.

Pork Brains--I can't even eat 'em with grits...................

but my dad loved 'em.........back in the 1950s we had 'em every Thursday night for supper.........I went without, maybe some grits and a biscuit..............they made me sick just seeing them in a bowl on the table.......otherwise, you're spot on with your cheese and mater sauce being delicious.........

Good friend of mine's dad loved those, kept cans of it out at his

hunting cabin for b'fast. Yuck.

Dad used to scramble them in our eggs. I thought they were

pretty good until I found out what those gray chunks were....
