compared to the SEC which looks downright ugly. There is not a lot of quality football teams in the SEC for whatever reason. I am not sure if its the NIL or the lack of QB play but its just not close to what it once was. I think the sample size is now large enough to say this is the worst the SEC has been in an extremely long time and possibly in my 30+ years of watching it closely.
You look at the Pac-12 with Oregon, Washington, Utah, and USC all with quality QB play (once Utah gets Rising back). Washington is probably the best team in the country so far. Its just an extremely odd football season so far.
