Actually this fixation is a good thing for the upcoming mid-terms. The Left's preoccupation with Trump will lead them to electoral disaster in November. It's all they have. They certainly can't run on their utterly effete and completely feckless policies. Many of them truly don't understand how most of the country has moved on (and is much more concerned about inflation, border security, the destruction of the economy through "climate change" hysteria, groceries actually being on shelves, boys playing girl sports, etc.).
