If we win (which I believe we do), I don't think we'll see Texas in the quarters as we'll be the 2 and will play the 7/10 winner whereas Texas will probably not drop lower than 6 with a loss (would stay ahead of ND, PSU, or both IMO).
If we lose, though, I think we will drop to 7 (Big 10 loser and ND ahead of us) which would put us playing a rubber match against them.
