1. Just a guess but Forde's sources are agents. Would it surprise you if a source was Fox's agent? What better way to let other schools know that Fox is available.
2. ADGM's statement means next to nothing in regard to Fox's status for next year. Easy to parse that statement.
3. ADGM's statement leaves the door wide open for Fox to leave on his own or for there to be a mutual parting of the ways short of an out-right firing. As @Captain noted Greg would love to put that $1.7 million on the table for a new coach versus in the form of a buyout.
