I closed on a house in Hull a couple weeks ago that’s a 3 minute drive from The Rose.
I had no idea it was planned until after I got my place under contract.
Sounds like it’s going to be a pretty elite course. I’m assuming my home value will go up quite a bit once it opens?
Side note - They are paying $1 million just to get water out there. The nearest hookup is a mile away and it’s $1 million per mile in Madison County to run the line.
