and some random guys tweet is something to trust. And you just repeat it, jumping right in. HAIL Twitter!
The coverage of the filing has been very extensive. As I proposed above, if you have some positive coverage to share I’d enjoy reading it.

I just want to know what's in the boxes. I don't care for Internet/media leaked rumors now accepted as facts.

This lawyer thinks it's the declassified Crossfire Hurricane docs that never saw the light of day. Where have you heard this before?

Flop, turn, or river, I'm just ready for the showdown.

is there anything to substantiate his claims? ( I do not watch videos )

No, but at least he's a face putting his professional reputation on the line rather than media running the rumor mill.

There's obviously a game being played and the track record is to smear Trump then fade until the next wild accusations come out. Seriously, what individual in history has committed more crimes than Trump allegedly without ever getting caught? It's silly at this point.

The J6 stuff has gone away in favor of espionage and now early vaccines are the new thing brewing.

Well in the last hour, we now know that 14 of 15 boxes from NARA had classified documents: 25 top secret, 92 secret, 67 confidential Included HCS (intel relating to human sources), SI (signals intelligence), and FISA info. This doesn’t include the material the FBI seized.

The Crossfire Hurricane story has all the makings of another effort to just throw sh-t against the wall, blame Obama, and hope it sticks.

Nothing will come from any of this, it’s just millions & millions of more taxpayer dollars being wasted! Hell we’re only like 32 trillion in debt. By the way, the last president that left office with the country in the black was Andrew Jackson. Imagine that, we had no national debt!

Okay, I can't find the rather long post that you wrote the other day and which I am trying to respond to. I guess I understand why you may have removed it, but I thank you for it and it was full of useful information that will no doubt help elucidate the coming debates as the Trump NARA-lago situation develops. I also read the Daily Beast article which summarizes same.

All I can do is point you to the de-classified (by Chuck Grassley) State Department investigation > HERE

The conclusion is, essentially, that during her tenure as Secretary of State Hillary used a private email server that hosted classified documents. This is being posed as a parallel to the current situation, but they are different in a number of respects.

1) Hillary's server contained email conversations that were, in many cases, classified because of her position as Secretary. Others / staff, etc. introduced the classified materials... according to the IG, in the interest of "expediency." Error.
2) She wasn't "taking" classified documents. Doesn't mean it was a good idea to keep the server. She did hem and haw about providing access but eventually did comply after a couple months. Possible intent?
3) The issue was investigated "5 to 9 years" after each the individual breeches occurred and when she was out of office (though running for president). Urgency.

A note here: The FBI/IG determined that Hillary / her staff was careless. Were all the investigations and the Comey drop political, given the timing? Yes! Did we have a right to know that she / her staff had been careless with classified documents years prior in order to weigh them in the balance as we voted. Yes! did it piss many (including me) at the time? Yes! But it's done - she lost - and here we are.

Regarding the current situation:

1) Trump is no longer President. He no longer has security clearance. Error.
2) Trump absconded with a wealth of material that was classified at the highest level. He apparently refused all courteous / legal efforts to reclaim it and he / his lawyers lied about having documents after giving some back. Intent.
3) He was storing them carelessly in a place (his home) routinely visited by people who might have malign interest in their contents. Urgency.

To conclude: Trump / his staff has been careless. Might the timing of the raid be political! Of course. Does that mean it was not justified or necessary? No.

So I understand why it pisses people off, but I for one am glad it is getting addressed and I think y'all will be too, if you are honest.

My hunch is that if it weren't to Trump's political advantage that we do, we wouldn't know about it. He initiated the leaks 100%. Not sure who is leaking now, but Trump is fighting in the forum he handles best - the press - and that is by his choice. Further, my guess is that he is feeling stuck between fighting in the press and any political advantage he thinks it affords him vs. going quietly. He is probably forcing the DOJ to act more vigorously than they wanted (as he has all along, apparently, in this matter). Recall - none of us knew there was even a grand jury empaneled in this matter and Garland was drawing flak from the left for not doing anything at all.

So ... how about let's see what happens?! I think that the resolution of all this could be more similar to the Clinton resolution than the actual circumstances seem to be.
Cheers

Having classified material on your private computer is more dangerous than President Trump having unclassified material locked in his home with security fences and cameras. How many people could hack the Hildabeast computer.

You will never see it all until Socialist Joe is out of office.

More and more attorneys and more and more intel, retired and active, say it was a mistake, and the FBI will regret the raid. Yet another failed episode of excited Libs believing the walls are closing in on Trump. Y’all are total fools.

UPDATED 10:12 AM PT – Saturday, August 27, 2022

Lawmakers are outraged at the heavy redactions in the highly anticipated affidavit used to obtain a search warrant for the raid on Mar-a-Lago.

20 of the 38-pages that were released on Friday were either significantly or fully redacted. However, page-19 of the affidavit may point to the can of worms that the Department of Justice (DOJ) knows it opened by ransacking the 45th President’s Florida home earlier this month.

Page 19 cited a Breitbart article from May 5, 2022. That article stated that former Trump administration official, Kash Patel, said the 15-boxes of documents had already been declassified but that the classification markings had not been updated.

Patel maintained that President Trump retained and declassified those documents in anticipation of leaving government. He said that Trump did this because he thought the American public should have the right to read it for themselves.

“The President, by law, is the ultimate arbiter of the classification authority. If he says it, it’s declassified,” stated Patel. “It doesn’t need to go through the bureaucratic rigmarole (and) be written down in appropriate style. That’s not what the constitution says.”

Patel also vocalized that reports claiming that Trump took classified information are completely false and is just another disinformation campaign against him.

Trump appointed Patel alongside John Solomon in June as his representative for access to Presidential records. As the former Pentagon Chief of Staff, Patel explained that all previously classified documents have classification markings on them. This simply means they used to be classified. He added that “government simpletons” did not follow the President’s orders to have them marked as “declassified,” which he did and has the unilateral authority to do.

“When these rubes get in the way because they say ‘ohh well you know so-and-so didn’t sign the letter, White House counsel didn’t do this’ that’s a farce,” remarked Patel. “And not only did the President do it by writing in October of 2020, he did it verbally at least, to the best of my recollection, multiple times in the whole sets of documents.”

Patel did not go into specifics about the document, but he said they contain information on Russiagate and the Ukraine impeachment fiasco which Trump wanted the public to have access to. The former Pentagon Chief of Staff suggested that the documents may have selectively be leaked to advance a false political narrative. Patel posted a statement on Truth Social shortly after the redacted affidavit was released.

EXCELLENT: Former Law Clerk for Justice Gorsuch Lays Out Why the Mar-a-Lago Raid Based on Today’s Affidavit Was “Unprecedented…Unnecessary, and…Unlawful”

Attorney and former Constitutional Law Clerk for Justice Gorsuch, Mike Davis, lays out three reasons why the DOJ’s actions in raiding President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago were unprecedented, not necessary, and not lawful.

Yeah, so this affidavit, heavily redacted affidavit, it further evidences that this home raid on President Trump was unprecedented, it was unnecessary, and it was unlawful.
Again, what I have been saying since August 8th, the President has the absolute Constitutional authority to declassify anything he wants for any reason he wants and he doesn’t have to get permission from any bureaucrat at the National Archives to do that…so there goes the underlying potential charge for espionage that was in this warrant.
TRENDING: President Trump Releases One of His Best and Shortest Statements Yet
The second point, the President has the sole statutory authority to make the determination whether a record is a personal record that belongs to him or a Presidential record that goes to the bureaucrats at the National Archives and almost certainly gets sent back to the President…
Note this is the ruling brought by Obama judge Amy Berman Jackson, the corrupt judge in DC who made this ruling to help the Clintons.
Next, Davis shared:

So what is left? They’re looking at obstruction. Well it is legally impossible for a former President to obstruct investigations into non-crimes. But the Justice Department did not have the power to even look at these crimes because it doesn’t matter what the affidavit discloses in the affidavit, no matter what that shows, as a matter of law it is legally impossible for President Trump to have committed espionage or have violated some Presidential records act.
The Presidential records act actually contemplates that Presidents have classified records…There’s no allegations that any of these records got into the wrong hands unlike Hillary Clinton’s home server where she had foreign governments hack the most highly classified secrets in our government and she didn’t get an FBI raid so what was so urgent that caused the Biden Justice Department to go get these records?
And I think it’s because President Trump declassified and made personal his copy of the Crossfire Hurricane records, the Russian collusion records and the Biden Justice Department never made them public because they are so damning on Obama, Hillary, Clinton, the FBI and the Intel community…
