Tickets price are plummeting. Two weeks ago, the get in was $477 on Ticketmaster, plus fees. A half hour ago, I just saw 2 for $110, with hundreds of others available for sub $200.

A large portion of these seats are on the Texas side. They appear to be dumping tickets in droves. I can understand how it’s more difficult for them, seeing as they only just clinched 4 days ago and it’s a longer trip.

But who stands to benefit from that? Who can decide to go to the game on a whim with zero prior planning? No travel plans required, no hotels, nothing. Local Georgia fans.

The longer there is high supply at cheap prices (and they keep dropping), the more this favored Georgia. I suspect 70/30, maybe even 80/20 Georgia.

Buy ‘em up, Dawgs! Make MBS red and black! Be loud as hell!
