No I meant 200 years of slavery, post reconstruction, Jim Crow, rapes, murders, lynchings, Black Codes, Segregation, Police Brutality, War on Drugs, Mass Inconceration, loan discrimination, Red Lines amd Government sponsored discrimination primarily had a horrible impact on black Americans.
And the people who fail to admit that simple fact do not respect black Americans and do not deserve our political vote.

Sounds to me like the news media should be vetting candidates of all sides as quickly as possible in order to allow the voters to make informed decisions. Instead of October surprises and covering up true stories about favored candidates, just be news outlets instead of political participants. My default position is anyone that wishes to hold office should be covered as though they are scum bags and anything they say should be held to scrutiny.

I do not know who is telling the truth here but he is adamantly denying any of it. In the past I may have believed this story but have seen enough of the left "lynching" of black conservatives to have my doubts on this story. I will consider him innocent until proven otherwise.
