On the cancer front. We did a pet scan to see if they had gotten all of the cancer and we could move forward on surgery.
We the pet scan showed a new spot and they think that the cancer Is now stage 4 and has moved to my lung. Bit of a gut punch.
We have a biopsy set for next Thursday to verify, and while we wait to do that test we are going to Cancer Centers of America for a second opinion, if our insurance is accepted. So we are praying for that as I haven’t felt the most confident in one of my docs that I have right now.
I pray for all of you who need it, and those who will. @ugalvr and everyone else who I have talked too and personally and otherwise, I expect updates from you all when you have time.
I will check in periodically, and more often the better I feel. But right now I am tired and weak, and am trying to keep a positive attitude, but it isn't always easy.
