If A&M beats Auburn.... And OU hangs on to beat Bama.... then If Texas A&M loses to Texas (and chalk holds in all other final weekend games) then Texas A&M turns right back around next weekend and plays Texas again for the SECC.
However... if everything above holds but Texas A&M beats Texas, then Texas is out.... AND Texas A&M faces UGA in the SECC.
Soooo.... We are looking at a possibility where Texas A&M could chose to tank the Texas game if they would rather play Texas in the SECC than UGA.
Not saying they would ever do this is a million years, but this will have to be looked at in the offseason.... its usually considered to be a big no-no in sports if you have created a situation with your rules where a team could better their chances of a championship by purposely losing.
