None of that tells Putin that he’s got free rein. Trump has said multiple times he wants to negotiate peace and get both parties to the table. Unfortunately, Zelensky has been just as stubborn as Putin when it comes to peace talks. So my question is, if Trump is trying to appease Russia, what about Trump announcing possible sanctions on Russia?

And the status quo in terms of continued American support is exactly what is keeping Zalenski from having any urgency whatsoever to talk peace. A lever had to be pulled to remind him why they haven’t already been wiped out. Ultimately there will be no peace until Z gets to the table.

In a perfect world we bully Putin and Ukraine wins the War. The problem is the only way Ukraine can win would require literally risking nuclear War. It is an imperfect World….Ukraine is not in NATO. A peace deal needs to be negotiated. Every life lost at this point is totally needless in an unwinnable War.

I agree with all of these statements except UNWARRANTED. The Biden’s did have some shady dealings in Ukraine. Regardless, Trump’s behavior was questionable at best in 2019-2020 related to this issue. If zelensky would have signed the mineral deal and shut his mouth last week we might have a cease fire by now. I think all these statements are true
