Changes have to made somewhere and the sooner the better. Whether changes start at the top or somewhere in between, a course correction will have to be made.

It's a tough year to be in this situation because so many schools are already openly in the market for coaching. We will likely wait till the regular season is over to make whatever moves are in the works.

If we are looking for a HC, McGarity needs to put feelers out soon. I'm guessing we're in the market for a OC and OL coach, which might can wait till early Dec.

If Pruitt is being replaced I can't see holding onto Richt while gutting the staff. I'd keep the entire defensive staff and Lilly for sure. I want Mac to stay, but not as WR Coach. We clearly miss Coach Ball's excellent work with receivers.
