This morning, I caught a few minutes of a radio show where the topic

was replacement of hot water heaters (my life has evolved now to the point, this chit catches my ear). A comment made about upcoming regulations driving the cost of a replacement HW heater replacement from 1000-1500 to..........3,000 - 3,500. Or, higher.

Regulations......

Just another reminder why I should hate and fear my government. Some ahole Dem ( I think that now means all Dems) believes it is so danged important to improve upon efficiencies (cost, is of no concern) this future heater is somehow going to be tied to a heat pump. Hence, the outrageous cost of a replacement.

Where is that conservative Politician when you need one? Cars are now grossly over engineered. Pretty soon the EPA will be watching to ensure you don't use more than your allotted 18 gals of water in that hotel shower and now, home hot water heaters. With 7,500 new regulations, how long before we feel each one?

Any guesses as to why there be increased tempo of military exercises in CONUS; why so many fed agencies (NOAA and FEMA?....I know a few gal FEMA employees....no one wants a weapon in their hands) are buying/contracting for ammo? One does not go about the bidness of "fundamentally changing" America without being prepared to address the backlash.

John Birch....America shoulda listened. The liberties that made this country great, the spirit of America.....died under this POTUS.
