My wife and I just watched the Netflix documentary on Nickleback. I knew I hated them, but its been so long I dont remember exactly why other than I was supposed to.
Here is the cathartic part. They had some damn good songs and saying that out loud releases strong emotions. Anger. Sadness. Disappointment. Embarrassment. And finally, relief.
