What are our rights as US citizens regarding our money?

The problem is that when your money is in a bank, brokerage, or insurance company as an annuity, you can’t defend it in an autocracy, which is coming fast and soon.
As the deep thinker Fani said, money is "fungible".... and it can be taken away as well.
The government can/will take it away as they see fit, like they did to gold in 1933, when the USD was actually backed by gold.

The only protection I have, is that it all is in a trust…..it would make it tough.

Your bills say "Federal Reserve Note". The Federal Government owns it. It can recall money and issue new notes.
No, the Fed does not own it, it guarantees it. It is a promissory note owned by the holder.
But that wasn’t the point of my post.
When we pay taxes to state and Fed, who then owns our money?
This is an important point. We still own the value of the taxes we pay to the government. So how can the fed spend it without question?
