offer one? I'll admit the Hardee's version has my interest but have never pulled the trigger.

Always felt they were about as much real fish as McD Chicken Nuggets

Were real chicken. Scraps is what they are, IMO. Who wants to pay $3.99 to eat fish lips.

Capn D's used to have the best fish sammich (fast food)..

don't know if they still serve them.

Hardees looks good in the commercials but the actual size disappoints in real life.

Arby's pic looks damn good. I'll have to dive in so to speak and report .*

McD's fish sandwich isn't scraps. it's as good as I've had.

Ate a double today and it's a nice slab.

I always assumed they did it because of Lent and people who don't eat

meat on Fridays or whatever...

was originally offered for those that have religious dietary restrictions

then everybody had to keep up with the Jones'. I don't remember the whole Fish on Friday or whatever it is, one of the pleasures of being atheist.

always wondered how much time had passed since the "fish" was swimming....

until it was served? Month? 6 months? 8 Years?

I think Ray Kroc started selling fish sandwiches in the 1960s...

...mainly to appeal to Catholics who wanted to eat fish on Fridays. That's what I've read.
