LSU won yesterday … by an average of 20 points.

#23 Arky lost by 24 and #12 Oklahoma lost by 28 on the road.

I think a Saturday home game in the SEC is like a Saturday night home football game, especially for the opening SEC game of the season.

Saying that, I don’t think our game Saturday is indicative of how our season will go. I think Tuesday’s game against KY will be a better statement on our season. Win that game and we are back on track. Lose … it’s an uphill battle from there. Lose it big, … and it’s” here we go again”!

Will be stopping over for one night. Maybe hit a casino. Any recommendations?

much un to watch this team. Over the years when we have played Kentucky and were able to keep it close you just knew they would flip the switch and win it. Well when they flipped the switch tonight they never got closer than 5. We withstood it and then increased our lead and won by the same margin we held at halftime.

The crowd was electric and I'm sure that helped but the hustle this team showed was outstanding imo.

A couple of things in particular I really loved seeing. For once we matched up with them on the glass. So many times in the past years just were outmatched against them. Not this team. Also our half court press defense. Really took Kentucky out of rhythm imo. Again the hustle this team shows makes them fun to watch. Really enjoyed this win!
