Not crowning Gunner tonight as the the starting qb for eliminating the possibility that Gunner will win the job.

I am for bringing in someone from the portal and opening it all up. As others have pointed out, Pugs has a high ceiling and Rashada was once very highly touted.

I think we will have a real open competition that may not be decided before August.

Part of this is on him. He’s our GOAT but he has to make some significant changes in the offseason. The edge we had seems gone. Guys missing easy tackles, taking poor angles, and making mental mistakes.

I’m not blaming it all on him but he has to make changes. Fire Bobo and get an elite OC, pay elite WRs, demote Schuman possibly, and keep the edge somehow. This year has been a major disappointment.
