If you believe this is completely true, then you absolutely cannot fund abortions via any taxation of the people. Therefore it would make the procedure a private medical matter paid for by the recipient. While I do not approve of this method, it would be more understandable than government sponsorship of a procedure that is disapproved of by half of America.
