This may be a question better left for a few weeks from now after some practices are in the books, but I wondered about the demeanor/attitude of CBS. I am happy with the hire and think he will do well, but I have wondered how he will handle the inevitable mistakes made by kids only a year or two out of high school. Coming from the pros, there may be an adjustment down to college where kids probably make on-field mistakes that pros simply do not. Also, there must be a significantly higher burden of teaching at the college level, or at least teaching more basic things. Does anyone know if he has a reputation for being patient, fiery, laid-back, aggressive or whatever.
